We aligned our curriculum last year to national and international standards. Our benchmark tests are created from the ATI data bank of questions based upon the benchmark taught during the quarter. Our teachers than use the results to prescribe interventions available in the school district. Some students who are advance have been assigned Instructional Dialogs from higher grade level dialogs. My teachers after the second benchmark are excited to see the growth of their students. It has really focused our teachers on teaching our new curriculum and using the test results to help students plug holes in their learning.  My challenge is to get high school teachers to buy in and use the data to be teachers of students not teachers of just content.
