Professional Development (PD) is a huge issue for schools and districts. -More PD is needed to support coaches-Selection of coaches must be strategic-Use of Dialogs to embed PD for administrators and teachers that:-monitors use the same way students are monitored - when completing a dialog.-uses data to support evaluation for teachers based on performance objectives - then determine PD for the teacher.

We need ongoing support/training with modeling of interventions and use of technology. Another idea is a focus group to help people "get there" to learn. We also need to provide self motivation - within a group - the "cheerleader." We can also offer support and allocate time to teachers - if it is important, it is within school hours.
